DEEPEN YOUR PRACTICE 

TRADITIONAL ASHTANGA YOGA WORKSHOP

Come and connect with yourself in the exquisitely beautiful nature of Provence. Summer is in the air and it's the perfect time to revitalise your Ashtanga Practice with an authorised level 2 Ashtanga Yoga teacher.

In this workshop, we will be:

- Going deeper in your personal practice

- Exploring asana techniques to help you in your daily practice

- Playing with balancing asanas through out all levels of the Ashtanga yoga series - whether you are learning to balance in the primary, intermediate or advanced series - we'll be discovering something new for every level

- Using pranayama and breath work to calm and strengthen your nervous system,  

- Learning the heart of mantra to raise your vibration and to change the direction of your thoughts

- Connecting with a beautiful community of like minded people and sharing vegetarian meals together

- Enjoying the beautiful country side of Provence in springtime 

This workshop is designed for all levels of students – from beginners new to yoga who would like to learn the correct foundational postures and complimentary yoga techniques – to students who have established practices (primary, intermediate or advanced A) who wish to go deeper and in a beautiful environment with a supportive community.

17h30 Mantra Chanting (Maha Mrytunjaya Mantra 108 times)

18h00 Kirtan

19h30 Shared vegetarian meal (students bring something to share)

10h30 - 12h30 Brunch(Students bring something vegetarian to share)
